In an age of mobile sites and apps, SMS/text, blogs, videos and new online platforms, the digital revolution is having a massive impact on the way you are able to communicate and engage with your audience. Spend an invaluable hour with your association colleagues to swap ideas and discuss up-to-the-minute trends and opportunities around emerging communication tools and technologies.

 

Topics may include, but are not limited to these hot button areas:

• Taking your association mobile
• Utilizing blogs, video, social networks and discussion forums, podcasts, newsfeeds and other “new” media
• Moving your publications and print pieces to digital
• Integrating the right new media into your overall communication strategy

Do you have an experience that you would like to share? Are you using a new communication tool successfully (or not so successfully) — contact the Communication SIG chairs! Volunteers will lead this session and facilitate the discussion. Attendees are encouraged to come ready to share and brainstorm.
