The series will consist of four one-and-a-half day programs throughout the year at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago.
High Performance Leadership During this program, examine how the new rules of competition are evolving, the reasons why business landscape is changing and what the leadership challenges and ramifications are for moving forward. Discuss results from global research about and the importance of the high-performance environment and examine the leader’s role in encouraging high performance.
After attending this program, attendees will be able to:
Manage change in uncertain economic times and create flexible work environments that adapt quickly to change
Build a high performance environment that supports high-performing teams
Identity the tenets of high performance leadership
Learn how to lead more effectively by leveraging strengths identified after completing a leadership profile
Effectively communicate organizationally as well as interactively and make loud statements of change
Education Format: Lecture, interactive round-table discussions and 1:1 discussions that will engage attendees and encourage peer interaction. This session will use exercises to promote strategic thinking among high-performing teams and offer evaluation tools to assess leadership styles.

Qualified Registrant Policy: This program has been designed specifically for senior-level professionals from all association practice areas, as well as supplier partner industries. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the program and its value to attendees, the Association Forum requests that only senior-level association professionals and supplier partners, defined as director-level or above, register for courses in the program and reserves the right to annul the registration of any non-qualified attendee with a full refund of fees paid.
Mid-level association professionals may submit a Registration Request to Mallory Gott-Ortiz, senior manager of education and programs, including at least two professional referrals from senior-level staff in the association where they are currently employed. Association Forum staff will review all registration requests individually and will notify submitters of their acceptance status at least two weeks prior to scheduled course dates.
