The Influence of Technologies On Our Lives & the Exhibitions Industry

The exhibitions of today need to deliver BIG experiences to make an impression on event attendees. Giveaways, networking, finding out what parties to attend…those things are all great, but they’re old news, and they certainly aren’t innovative or ground-breaking. New research shows that exhibitions are still highly valued by visitors and exhibitors, especially the younger generation. But are you prepared to deliver the experiences and value that they expect and demand? From augmented reality to robotics to virtual reality and intelligent analytics, this session will take an up-close look at the technology trends of today and on the horizon for tomorrow—and how they will be critical to the meetings and events industry.

By attending this provocative session, you will:

  • Hear about the most important tech trends affecting our lives and industries today and 20 years from now;
  • Learn about technology systems being deployed that include mobile device data capture, giving you proximity alerts, prospect profiling and more;
  • Identify what your exhibitors want, their primary objectives and the factors impacting their decision to exhibit (or not); and
  • Learn how to work with change—not against it.
