I've spent the majority of my career working in corporate marketing, product and project management. 2 1/2 years ago I made the transition to nonprofits/professional associations, and have discovered a true passion for this industry. I have a quantifiable record of constructing marketing, communication and membership growth plans, resulting in an increase in organization scale, market share, margin and reoccurring revenue. I have developed successful marketing plans, from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits. My specific expertise is in strategic planning, market/membership development, resource management, and process implementation. My engaging and empowering work style has increased team and organization performance.
