Disk: Digital artwork accepted and encouraged. Macintosh files accepted on CD-ROM or Zip disk. Quark Xpress is preferred layout program. Please provide all fonts (both printer and screen) and linked high-resolution artwork (300dpi or above). Ads may also be sent as high-resolution PDF, EPS or TIF files. All color ads require a color proof. If disk needs to be returned after ad publication, please enclose shipping instructions.

Alterations: Advertisers will be billed for all production work required at cost plus 35%.

NOTE: Advertisers running the same ad in more than one Association Forum publication must provide separate artwork for each publication in the event there is a production overlap.
