2008 FORUM General Display Ad Sizes

Trim Size: 8 1/2" x 11" perfect bound

Area for Live Matter: 7.5" x 10"

Bleeds: Must exceed trim size by 1/4"

Halftones: 150 line screen preferred (133 minimum)

Preferred Materials: Digital files

Color ads: Color quality cannot be guaranteed without progressive proofs or color keys.

B/W ads: Digital files

Disk: Digital artwork accepted and encouraged. Macintosh files accepted on CD-ROM or Zip disk. Quark Xpress is preferred layout program. Please provide all fonts (both printer and screen) and linked high-resolution artwork (300dpi or above). Ads may also be sent as high-resolution EPS or TIF files. All color ads require a color proof. If disk needs to be returned after ad publication, please enclose shipping instructions. Please supply CMYK ads in Quark.

Alterations: Advertisers will be billed for all production work required at cost plus 35%.

NOTE: Advertisers running the same ad in more than one Association Forum publication must provide separate artwork for each publication in the event there is a production overlap.
