Mailing List Rental
The Association Forum's mailing list is one of the most cost-effective means
of promoting your company to the $11 billion dollar association market!
Requirements and regulations
Eligibility The Association Forum mailing list may be rented by
any member or nonmember mailing information that is:
- relevant to association management.
- does not promote, market or otherwise solicit any programs or services
that Association Forum provides to its membership.
Format Adhesive labels or Excel spreadsheet (spreasheet
sent via e-mail).
Cost Association
Forum currently offers three different types of mailing
lists.
CEOs
Only
$450.00 for
Forum members/$675.00 for non-members (approximately 355 names; One-time
usage only)
OR
Use
the list twice during a one-year time period: $800 for Forum members/$1,250
for non-members.
CEO
& Association
Professionals
$650.00
for Forum members/$975.00 for non-members (approximately 2,275 names; One-time
usage only)
OR
Use
the list twice during a one-year time period: $1,200 for Forum members/$1,850
for non-members.
All
Members (includes Supplier Partner
members)
$750
for Forum members/$1,075 for non-members (approximately 2,975 names; One-time
usage only)
OR
Use
the list twice during a one-year time period: $1,400 for Forum members/$2,050
for non-members).
This is a "flat fee"—you will not be charged extra for any breakdowns of the
list. Similarly, there is no discount offered if you would like only a specific
section of the mailing list. Remember, if you would like the list broken down
you will not receive as many names for the cost, but you will save postage and
printing costs!
Turnaround Time Your order will be processed within 5
business days from the day we receive your mailing list contract.
Labels will be sent via United States Postal Service. Should you need rush
delivery (two-day service, including overnight delivery), please add an
additional $50 to the basic cost of the label order.
Legal Notice Labels and/or Excel spreadsheet are rented
for one-time use only. No retention or reproduction is allowed in any form. The
Association Forum's list is "seeded" with "dummy names" in order to monitor

Payment Full payment must be included with any list purchase.
Association Forum will not process label requests until payment is received.
Approval Association Forum retains the right to approve all list
rentals based on a review of the materials to be distributed, its relevancy to
association management and the product or program that is being solicited. A
copy of the piece to be mailed must be included with the list order.
