I joined my first association, the American Hospital Association (AHA), as a Membership Coordinator in 2018. Since then, I've thrived in my roles including my current role as Member Engagement Manager for the Society of Health Care Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD) and I am passionate about fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment for our strategy professionals of health care, including marketing, digital engagement, communications, strategic planning, and business development.
My role involves driving initiatives that boost engagement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among SHSMD members. I'm also committed to streamlining our processes to better support the society's mission.
I've successfully launched member-focused projects and programs that have positively impacted the member experience.
