I am the Founder and Principal Learning Director for Walden Group, a full-service instructional design company focused on developing awesome educational products for professional associations and industry consultants. I am passionate about creating high-quality interactive and engaging learning products to improve the lives of people across the globe. From teaching my stuffed animals to high school math instruction, designing and developing educational experiences has always been a natural fit.
My primary duty is to lead the instructional design and developer teams in creating contemporary, effective digital training products that inspire and engage our clients' learners and grow their learning business. I also work closely with our clients to understand their unique goals, challenges, and audience, ensuring each project strategically aligns with their vision.
When I'm not working, I like to exercise, read, garden, travel, and spend time with my family, especially my 2 grandchildren!
