The next CAE Study Group begins in September.
September 19–November 14, 2023

Facilitated by CAE Study Group graduates, study group sessions take a deep dive into the eight domains of association management. During each session participants review identified best practices for each domain, explore sample CAE questions, define key terms and more.

It is strongly advised that all participants read the recommended readings before each session. Domains are not covered in numeric order; a study guide is provided in the first session. To order recommended books and materials, visit ASAE’s recommended literature list.

Study group sessions meet on Tuesdays from 5–7:30 p.m. for nine weeks. You have the option of attending in-person at the Association Forum office (10 S. Riverside Plaza, Chicago) or virtually. Please note that the session on Tuesday, October 31 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, November 1.

Gain confidence as you work together with fellow Study Group participants and the facilitators to gain a deeper understanding of the required knowledge to pass the exam.
