Group Learning

Program Details

·      Join a 9-week facilitated virtual study group featuring weekly live sessions, recorded content, curated readings, and supplemental resources to support your learning.

·      Gain confidence with a dedicated test preparation session covering proven study strategies and test-taking tips.

·      Reinforce your knowledge through interactive teach-back opportunities that encourage peer-to-peer learning.

·      Take a mock CAE exam to assess your readiness and pinpoint areas for focused review.

·      Receive a custom CAE Study Guide developed by ASAE to support your learning journey.

·      Engage in guided discussions on readings, practice questions, and key terminology.

·      Review best practices across all CAE exam domains to solidify your understanding.

·      Join a private online community of CAE facilitators and fellow candidates to share insights, ask questions, and collaborate outside of class.


    The CAE Study Group runs twice per year and coincides with the two administrations of the CAE exam.

    Live virtual session dates (5-7 pm CT): 
    Wednesday, Sept. 24*, Tuesday, Sept. 30, Tuesday, Oct. 7, Tuesday, Oct. 14, Tuesday, Oct. 21, Tuesday, Oct. 28, Tuesday, Nov. 4, Tuesday, Nov. 11, Tuesday, Nov. 18. (*Note that the first session is on Wednesday, September 24. Weekly sessions begin the following Tuesday.)

    Connect, Engage, Thrive

    The Study Group takes place virtually every Tuesday from 5–7 p.m. CT for nine weeks. Sessions will be recorded and available on demand.

     

    Preparation is Key

    To maximize your learning, it is strongly recommended to immerse yourself in the suggested readings before each session. We'll provide a comprehensive study guide during the first session.* You can find the recommended list of books and materials on the ASAE website.

    This program is approved for (13.5) CAE hours toward the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE's) Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification.
