John has been working with associations his entire 30+ year career. He has served as a volunteer board member and President of PCMA and has been an active member of Association Forum and ASAE for more than two decades.  As a consultant with MYB, he has helped associations understand how to navigate the changing business landscape and has developed roadmaps for better addressing the changing needs of members and audiences. He believes in the power of a data-driven strategy to grow organizations, and the important role that strategic planning can play.

Kevin has served as an association CEO as well as in a variety of volunteer leadership roles for several professional associations including international board chair for MPI. With 20+ years of leadership experience in business and non-profit organizations, he has successfully led many organizations through strategic planning as well as periods of transformational change.  He is focused on helping associations achieve their long-term strategic vision and is motivated to achieve successful outcomes and create lasting value and impact.  Kevin has recently served on the Forum’s Welcoming Environment Committee.

Bridget has over 20 years of progressive of leadership experience and is the Chief Operating Officer for the Emergency Nurses Association. In this role, Bridget provides strategic leadership to the association’s Operations Division (HR, Facilities, Finance, IT and Governance).  She focuses on developing and executing strategic and operating plans, advancing operational excellence, creating a collaborative team culture with strong employee engagement and developing future leaders through mentorship and professional opportunities.  

 

Zack Wahlquist, MS, CAE

Zack is the Chief Operating Officer of the Chicago Association of Realtors® (CAR). In his role, Zack oversees membership and member care, operations and human resources, information technology, and the association’s education and professional development arm, Realtors® Real Estate School. Prior to his work at CAR, Zack was the executive director of the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI), a higher education association focused on strategic planning, process improvement, and innovation, and the director of education for the Association of College Unions International (ACUI). Zack has worked in association management since 2004, focusing his work on staff training and development, operational excellence, strategic planning, professional development, and board management. He volunteers with ASAE, Association Forum, and local civic and arts organizations.
