I have been leading associations through digital transformation over the last 25 years. From the dawn of the internet to navigating industry 4.0, I have worked with more than 250 associations, managing and advising on more than $5B in operational revenue. I have helped usher in change for millions of members worldwide.
Prior to establishing .orgSource in 2005 and .orgCommunity in 2015, I served as the associate executive director of IT and web services for a major medical association as well as COO of its for-profit subsidiary company, assisting more than 150 associations with website development. My background includes project managing one of the first–if not the first—association website, advised organizations through the “.com era”, moved to the cloud, and now is studying "what’s next" as associations start to navigation industry 4.0.

In 2010, I was honored by the Association Forum as the John C. Theil Distinguished Service Award winner—given annually to an individual who has demonstrated consistent and significant contributions to the association community on a volunteer basis. And in 2018 received the WSAE Visionary Award.
