Unlocking Member Voices Leveraging AI for Accessible Qualitative Analysis

Open text feedback data is one of the richest sources of member feedback, yet finding insights in large volumes of qualitive data is daunting. Traditional analysis methods, like hand coding and word frequencies, or even newer methods of sentiment and topic tagging can't keep pace with the flood of feedback. Generative AI offers a fast, easy way to deliver quick, comprehensive summaries of mountains of feedback data, but can it be trusted? In this session, we get hands-on, comparing generative AI against traditional qualitative analysis techniques. Participants will gain an understanding of the nuances that each approach brings to the task. Together, we’ll map out how to strategically integrate AI efficiency into your qualitative data workflow, balancing AI’s speed with the importance of human insight. Come ready to sharpen your organization’s edge in harnessing member voices.

Learning Outcomes

1.    Define marketing maturity and how it relates to marketing effectiveness
2.    Measure your marketing maturity and benchmark your results against other associations
3.    Develop a plan to improve your marketing maturity, including actionable recommendations
