About This SIG

Formerly the No. 2/COO SIG

The Executive Leadership Shared Interest Group (SIG) brings together top-level association professionals—COOs, Executive Directors, Deputy CEOs, and now CEOs—for meaningful peer connection and idea exchange. This updated name better reflects the diverse titles and structures across associations and the expanded focus of the group.

Open to all C-suite and equivalent leaders, this SIG is a trusted space to explore challenges, share solutions, and support one another in leading high-performing organizations. As a free, members-only benefit, the Executive Leadership SIG offers a unique forum for those navigating the complex dynamics of executive leadership.

If so, this session is designed for you.

Together, we’ll look at how associations are approaching AI, highlighting real-world examples, practical tips, and key considerations for staff when developing an AI strategy and organizational policy. We’ll also examine how forward-thinking organizations are embracing AI while preserving the human connection that remains central to the association experience.

This session is designed with association leaders in mind, equipping executives and decision-makers with the strategic insights they need to guide their organizations through AI’s opportunities and risks.
